The Vegan Challenge

Kim and I decided on a whim that we were going to try veganism for one week, just to see a. if we can do it and b. how it makes us feel.

Day 1:
I introduced Kim to "The Oatmeal" and read her the comic on use of the word "literally" (found at http://theoatmeal.com/comics/literally).  After reading this, we are trying to decide what to eat for lunch, our first real vegan-ish meal requirement, when Kim bursts out "WE ARE LITERALLY GOING TO STARVE TO DEATH ON THIS DIET!"
